Foster Mom Rachel and her daughter found this pretty little girl in a frozen swamp. She was close to freezing but Rachel warmed her up, gave her a bath and haircut (and a very pretty sweater!) and discovered a very lively, happy dog beneath the matted coat. Now we're asking for your help. Cher has a tumor that needs to be removed and it's going to cost $500. Please give this deserving little dog her happy ending. celebrities on Facebook when their sad story of
being left behind went viral with over 5,000
"shares". They were left behind,as owners
